Gustavo Yacaman has confirmed he will return to the cockpit of a Indy Lights car in 2010, joining Cape Motorsports with Wayne Taylor Racing. The 18 year-old will be the lone driver in the new racing venture by multiple Formula Ford pro series champions Cape Motorsports and sports car champions Wayne Taylor Racing. _________________ Allan Craighead

Andersen Racing has signed its first driver for the 2010 season, with Carmen Jorda joining the Florida-based squad. The Spaniard will make her series debut following three seasons of Spanish F3 racing and two successful tests with Andersen Racing. _________________ Allan Craighead

HVM Racing has announced it will indeed return to the Indy Lights series full-time in 2010, with the surprise signing of Junior Strous. The Dutch racer joins the Indianapolis-based team having previous signed with Team Moore Racing, before his contract was terminated. He enters the 2010 season, having won the opening two rounds last year in a partial season. _________________ Allan Craighead

In a surprise move Walker Racing and Jonathan Summerton have joined forces for the 2010 season-opener in St. Petersburg. The American finished on the podium once in a limited Indy Lights campaign last year, and was the Atlantic Championship runner-up with four wins. _________________ Allan Craighead

Sam Schmidt Motorsports has expanded its driver line-up for the season-opening race in St. Petersburg, Fla., with the James Winslow joining the multiple series champions. The British racer joins the squad following a successful test at Sebring and championship titles in Asian F3, Asian Renault V6 and Australian F3. _________________ Allan Craighead

Team E Racing has confirmed that Jan Heylen will drive for the team in the 2010 season-opener in St. Petersburg, Fla. It will be the series debut for the current Lead Instructor of the Jetta TDI Cup, having previously finished on the podium twice in the Champ Car World Series. _________________ Allan Craighead

In good news, Joel Miller has announced he will take part in Round Three of the Indy Lights series on the streets of Long Beach, Calif. In what is currently a one-off run, the American will drive for Andersen Racing, whom he has previously tested with and raced in the Star Mazda Championship. _________________ Allan Craighead
