NEW YORK, N.Y. (January 27, 2009) - The renowned luxury timepiece designers, AZAD Watch Company, have announced their support of driver Gregory Jezarian in his bid for the 2009 Formula Atlantic SCCA National Championship.

The team's Swift Formula Atlantic racecar will appear on-track and in advertisements sporting the new AZAD livery. The synergy between luxury watch brands and motor racing is common. G. Founded in 2006 by famous New York horologist, Babak "Bobby" Ermankhah along with partner Eddie Egas, the gentleman have between them over 25 years experience. Their handmade timepieces have been a staple to a wide range of clients in the entertainment industry from rap artists, movie directors, athletes and now race-car drivers. Among the elite club of AZAD enthusiasts are 50 Cent, Akon, Michael Stratham, Ali Daie, Paulie Malignaggi, Sean Paul, Jay Alford, and Chris Brown.
